Once upon a time, in a beautiful town called Kiev… A group of enthusiastic online casino employees began their language journey at our school. The group had been struggling with the Russian language for a long time by working in an online casino with slot developers, but also by checking competitors, but never had the chance to actually learn the language and that was about to change. We like to share with you the experience of these online casino employees who didn’t only explore our beautiful destination and learned the ins and outs of the Russian and Ukraine culture but also became the most excellent Russian speakers.

Did you know that Russian is the most commonly known language in Europe? Many people don’t know this, but it is so. In fact, Russian is one of the most commonly spoken languages around the world! Playing in an online casino is something Russians also love to do, but mostly in another way than you’re probably expecting. Since winters in Rusland and surrounding countries can be long, dark, and cold many people love to host online casino parties. By invited people into your home, serving warm thee with sugar and lemon, and enjoying a couple of rounds in an online casino, people celebrate their birthday but also welcome new friends to town or just spend time with friends or family.

Since these events are becoming more popular, it’s not a surprise more online casinos are getting interested in learning the Russian language. As a known provider of courses in the Russian language CEO’s, managers, but also employees or freelancers of an online casino often contact us to check for possibilities. Especially when working in an online casino, being multilingual is a great asset for yourself and your company. Adding Russian to broaden your market can have huge benefits and therefore, we’re more than happy to create a terrific package deal for an online casino.

We often offer individual courses to people working in an online casino, but since we also provide group courses we decided to create a tailored package for this group. Twenty people of at least ten different nationalities worked together as a team at an online casino where they were often confronted with the Russian language. Together with their team, they made the very wise decision to get to know the language a bit better, and what better place could there be to do this than beautiful Kiev?

Kiev is known for its magnificent views over the city, ancient buildings, and rich culture. Many people are not familiar with the intertwined history of Rusland and Ukraine so we love to elaborate on this during a trip of our students. The online casino employees followed a group course for ten days: those were intensive days with a fully booked program, but with great results. During these days we showed them the rich history of Kiev through a light walk by night, but also by serving them the best local dishes. The cherry on the cake was a real online casino event. For the first time, they were able to experience what their work at an online casino means to people in this region. Accompanied by warm food, tea, and a bit of vodka to get in the mood they played slots and online casino games with their colleagues, teachers and the host while communicating in Russian Although nobody expected the communication to go smooth, it did and by the end of the night, most conversations were done in Russian.

By working at an online casino this team had already experienced many cultures and tasted food from all over the world, but the hidden germs of Kiev were a totally new experience. We were delighted to provide this experience and hope to welcome another online casino at our school very soon. Let’s Go Kiev doesn’t only make learning Russian more accessible, we also make it more fun! And tasteful! Whether you work at an online casino, a multinational, or you’re just interested in learning Russian: we’ll be there for you in any way we can!
